Age: 21-30 years. Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST/BC/PH, etc. 

Subjects for Examination:

Preliminary Exam: 

· General Studies 
· Law.

Main Exam: 

· General Knowledge 
· General Hindi 
· Criminal Law and Procedure 
· Law of Evidence.

Written test is followed by Interview.
