Qualifications: ISC (Intermediate Science) or equivalent. 

Age: 18-24 years. Relaxable upto 5 yrs. for SC/ST candidates. 

Physical: Height: 163 cms. Chest: 79 cms. (84 cms. expanded) Walking Test: 25 kms. in 4 hrs.

Subjects for Examination: Compulsory: 

· English 
· Maths 
· General Knowledge.

Optional: One paper.

Only those who clear the Physical endurance Test are allowed to take the Written Test.

Written Test is followed by Walking Test and Personal Interview for successful candidates.
